Please note that the insurance eligibility is checked the day of each visit. If your child is not eligible for coverage at the time of the visit, we will reschedule or require payment in full for the visit that day.

Note regarding newborns - we understand that it may take a few weeks to add newborns to an insurance plan. The first few visits will be held and billed out to insurance when active.  It is important to communicate with insurance and provide the company with necessary information in a timely manner. If your child's insurance is not active by 30 days old, we will either need to reschedule visits until insurance is active or require payment in full at the time of the visit.
