Visits are by appointment only. Although we do not offer walk-ins currently, we do have same day sick visits Monday through Friday to ensure your child is seen as soon as possible when ill. 

Atlhough we do not have official extended evening or weekend office hours, we want to be sure your child receives the care they deserve. Before heading to the walk-in or urgent care clinic, give us a call! Dr. Hartman is available by phone for urgent questions about your child when they are ill in the evenings and on weekends when the clinic is closed. Just call the office number at 309-249-0069 and listen to the prompts to be transferred to the doctor. Since Dr. Hartman is on call 24 hours a day, we do ask that you be respectful of her time with her family and if you are needing to schedule appointments, request a prescription refill or have a general, non-urgent question that you call during normal business hours. Due to privacy laws regarding health care and doctor/patient confidentiality, we are unable to answer medical questions via e-mails or facebook messages. We encourage existing patients to use our patient portal for secure messaging with our nursing staff as well.
